Weightlifting will begin Monday March 5th at 2:30 pm in the weight room. ALL wrestlers not participating in a spring sport are EXPECTED to be at ALL weight training sessions
(Monday – Thursday). The Wildcat Wrestling Program is a proven program and all wrestlers are expected to follow that program . All sessions will begin at 2:30 pm and end at 4:00 pm. Coach Andersen will be in the weight room on Thursday March 1st to go over technique and expectations. You should attend.
